First time I heard about VikaGrom was from multiple friends who had same impression after their visit called 5☆ experience. I was here today and was amazed with stylist Lina. High level of professionalism in any aspect of her work was seen. Most efficient teammates I've ever seen. All is for you to leave when you planned.

Highly unprofessional, slow service I scheduled an appointment for partial foil ( roots only) + toner , paid about 250$ plus tips ( which is crazy ) and ended up with dark rust colored roots They offered to fix the issue and I got scheduled the other appointment in a few weeks First of all , it took them 5!!!!! freaking hours to highlight roots + toner So I waste the whole day for just one appointment and nobody warned me ahead of time! And even for the second time I ended up with almost the same color ! But this time the made just left temporal part is lighter and the rest of hair still dark Honestly, Idk what type of person would be happy with such service Unprofessional, slow , sluggish staff and crazy prices which don’t reflect the quality of services
