My nails start chipping the same day I got my Dip nails. The whole process was rush. All my nails were excessively filed because the dipping powder was not apply correctly. No attention to detail whatsoever.

Absolutely love going to BB nails — the staff and ambiance is a vibe. I love the uplifting energy and I always feel welcomed. They take their time to listen to my needs and are very accommodating. Amazing selection of colors and they offer other services such as lash extensions and tinting/waxing. My nails always last up to 2+ weeks. Lee is great! I do lashes for a living and so I am very particular of who touches my lashes and I def trust Lee. She is very detail oriented and always get my lashes super full and she is very knowledgeable and super kind ???? I absolutely love this manicure I got done recently. Love the yellow color and the design I asked for — she nailed it the smiley face and checkered design ???? If you are on the east side I highly recommend checking out BB nails! 10/10!!! ????????????
