Overall the place looks like it needs a facelift. The chairs are uncomfortable and quite disheveled compared to other places. Prices are higher than the other places. The skill is not there to reflect the price. I ended up with some of the top polish residue on my toes and fingers, even after some of the more visible patches were cleaned upon request. My cuticles needed further trimming which I had to do at home. The worst part is that my manicure only lasted 1 day before it started chipping away. It was a regular one, but those do last a little longer for me. The technicians talk among themselves or listen to their headphones. As a customer I felt like a number. I do not think I’ll be back. I had the best experience here with Nancy and she did a phenomenal job. Reasonably priced and great environment. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!

Bayside nail exceeded all of my expectations! Extremely reasonable prices and easy location. I’ve had dip manicures done at several locations over the Eastside and Seattle and the attention to detail and patience in design was greatly appreciated. They were flexible with my request to adjust my appointment time and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was perfect!
