DONT GO HERE FOR EXTENSIONS EVER!!!!!! Unfortunately my experience was not what I expected. I went in to get hair extensions sewn in. When we did it, it all seemed fine and great. The next few days my hair was sticking out which she fixed (Luz) then the next day more was sticking out. She told me this was all completely normal. It felt extremely heavy but I thought it was just the amount of hair. I scheduled an appointment and unfortunately she canceled because she didn’t have daycare. I went to another salon to check my head and they started crying for me on how awful it was. (This is only 3 days after install) I texted her asking for my money back and she said she did everything right and that she would redo it but after not doing it right the first time why would I go again. She also proceeded to question if I was purposely messing with my extensions because a few beads fell out.
