I am very pleased with my experience:). I have gone to many nail salons in Tri-Cities and by far, this place has been the most professional, clean, and well mannered. The prices are very responsible too, so that’s a plus:). I paid $45 for this set, with a art design on each ring fingers. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this business.

Although my nails aren’t tremendously horrible I will never be returning. First let’s start off with the pros… the place looks clean and has a nice aesthetic. They got my and my friend in fast. Now onto the cons… me and my friend mostly went because the reviews were good and we called ahead of time to make sure we would get in. When we arrive they start working on our full set of acrylic nails which were not the best. Our nails were lumpy, uneven, and not the shape we wanted. One of the ladies came over and fixed mine. During that time she cut into 4 of my fingers causing me to noticeable bleed. She just kept going didn’t even mention to say sorry. My friend had asked her to fix up 3 things which were fast and easy. The lady fixed one thing they ask “okay good?” My friend told her the 2 other things she had already mentioned and the lady raised her voice saying “okay what do you want?” My friend had to repeatedly ask her to fix small things because she isn’t about to pay $60 for odd lo

I have been twice, both for a manicure and pedicure. I’ve been to a lot of nail spas but I’ll come back to this one. Not just because it’s clean, fresh, or because they have great prices, but because Jen does such a great job. Jen pays attention to detail, is gentle with my hands, and takes her time with massaging my hands and feet. I highly recommend her. I’ve also been to places where the gel rips after a couple of days and so far it’s lasted over a month, coming from a person who’s nails grow fast! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
