Bloom and Beauty is the best salon i have ever been too. After 40 years of getting my hair done, I have been to quite a few. I can relax, Dulce knows just what to do, she knows my likes and she remembers certain occasions that I might want a special look. Believe me, the ladies at Bloom are like a breath of fresh air.
