She's very kind and very skilled in haircuts. Three members of my family got a good impression and decided to use it often.

When I moved to Federal Way last year I wanted a new look, I found Saigon Hair Salon. The stylist really pays attention to detail to get the best experience ever! She also acknowledges my desires and making my hair look awesome! I paid 25 bucks which was worth the money. Would easily recommend to anyone looking for a men’s salon and wanting to get everything that you expect from the experience. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

I booked an appointment for a haircut and glaze for me and a perm for my grandma, which according to the website and the signs inside the store should be around $30 for haircut, $50 for glaze, and $80 for perm. When we got there, the stylist wanted to charge $120 for the perm and $200 for the cut and glaze. When we said it was too expensive, she asked us to leave. I just felt like it was false advertising, so I'm glad we didn't go through with it. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I can't speak to whether she does good work or not, but for the prices she charges I would hope she's really good.
