Great Customer Service! The place is nice and clean. My hair was beautifully done.

I went to this place on Thursday for a perm, the hairstylist asked me if i wanted small curls or big curls and i told her i wanted big curls and even showed her a pic of a hairstyle from my phone but she suggested that it’s better to have a medium curl so that my curl would be noticed because she said if it’s big curls it would only look like wavy hair, i was already hesitant because i really wanted to copy the hairstyle from my phone but i trusted her and thought she knew what is better so i agreed, when the procedure was done i was so disappointed with the result, it was soooo ugly! I was so stressed and frustated with the result. I regretted going to Jenny CoCo Salon, i wasted my time and hard earned money! Service: Perms

They do nice color but I don’t love the haircut they did unfortunately. She cut my bangs way too short and they also had to recolor parts of my hair because they missed it coloring it the first time. They also misquoted me and said it was going to be $35 for the haircut and $40 for the color and ended up charging me $110+the tip which I have no issue paying for a haircut I like. They are nice people, I just wish I liked the haircut I got. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
