I’ve been a client for 14 years . I cannot say enough about this salon ! Helena is my hair lady she will always be ! No one else touches my hair . That being said if she was unavailable I trust every one of Serenza’s stylists to fill in . When you walk in everyone knows you ( kind of like cheers — everyone knows your name :) every time someone needs a recommendation I immediately give them the name and number to Serenza ????????
Nice salon environment and friendly staff but bad haircut. I saw Melissa, asked for a few inches off and layers. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten, she didn’t clarify exact length I wanted off and just started cutting. For layers I said I wanted minimal and not a 6” gap between them and that’s exactly what I got. Will be attempting to grow this out for years.
Nicole was fantastic! Very patient and kind and was gracious enough to walk my daughter and I through the process, and answered any questions we had. Just outstanding.
