Disastrous Hair Stylist Experience and a Costly Disappointment: Hastiness, Multitasking Mayhem and Broken Commitments Let me share my unfortunate tale and spare you from repeating the same mistake. My expectations were high when I booked an appointment at a well-rated salon, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare, leaving me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied, even after shelling out a hefty $430 for a Keratin Treatment. Despite the promise of a dedicated stylist, my hair transformation quickly descended into chaos as multiple hairstylists worked on me simultaneously. Instead of receiving consistent care from one person, I was passed around like a hot potato among three different stylists, leaving me feeling neglected and rushed. The "supposed" 40-minute haircut was nothing more than a hasty 15-minute trim. To worsen matters, the constant interruptions and pressure from owner Som caused my designated stylist, Madhavi, to hurry through the process, disregarding even simple tasks

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon itself was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere that put me at ease. My stylist Madhavi was fantastic - she took the time to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. She was skilled and attentive, and I felt like she really cared about giving me the best possible haircut. During the haircut, she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the length and style, and made adjustments as needed. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair at home, which was really helpful. Overall, I'm thrilled with my haircut and the service I received. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive stylist, a relaxing atmosphere, and a great overall experience. I'll definitely be back!

Fawn was amazing. I showed her a couple pictures and she knew exactly what I was asking for and what would look good on my hair. She was so accommodating and nice through many many hours of work and because of her I am simply obsessed with my new balayage and cut. The purple is stunning and well-woven into my natural color and while I normally hate the look of short hair on me, she nailed it.
