Over priced for the quality. Team member doesn't know how to color hair, so the owner trains new team members on customers. I came for partial hilights dark brown and I came out with a very weird hair color ie , orange and pinkish shade. Finally had to visit other hair salon and spend extra $$$$ to get the weird highlights removed.

Fawn was amazing. I showed her a couple pictures and she knew exactly what I was asking for and what would look good on my hair. She was so accommodating and nice through many many hours of work and because of her I am simply obsessed with my new balayage and cut. The purple is stunning and well-woven into my natural color and while I normally hate the look of short hair on me, she nailed it. Absolutely horrible! Do not visit this salon. I saw FAWN who is a scattered hair dresser that will ruin your hair! Cut an extra three extra inches off and dyed my hair black. My hair went from mid length to short with no communication as to what she was doing. She thinned everywhere causing my hair to form one large bell shape from top to bottom. Fawn also botched my color as it went from light brown to black. Again, zero communication as she was too busy talking to her co-workers and other customers. Even before I saw the abysmal result, I knew it was a mess because she was so stressed the entire time talking to many people at once literally running from place to place. She must have asked me ten times “did I burn you”? I am finally like I will let you know if you burn me - so bizarre and not relaxing. Fawn should try focusing on the task at hand instead of talking to everyone, shouting color combos for her next client, and greeting everyone who walks through the door while s
