From the moment you sit down, you're greeted by the nicest people. Wonderful atmosphere, with a very clean work area. I've been in several times, Bekah definitely knows how to deal with natural curls and always goes above and beyond every time. The head massage skills during the shampoo/conditioning are on another level, and you'll forget your worries. Street parking can be a bit tricky, but they also have a parking garage.

Highly recommend Salon 44 for haircut and styling! I have been trying to look for my go to salon for awhile now and finally found my place! Staff are super friendly and overall experience was amazing. My hairstylist listened to exactly what I wanted and was really helpful. She took the time to teach me how to style on my own. It didn't feel rushed or that she was trying to get to the next client like other places I've been too. Personally my hair is wavy and frizzy. My hairstylist really took the time to teach me from what types of products to use, the different ways to put natural curls in hair and how to style/dry it properly to prevent frizz. I cannot rave more about Salon 44 and my hair stylist Ivan! Ivan has been my go-to stylist since 2020. I used to have anxiety with getting my hair done, but Ivan is super kind and truly listens to you about your hair goals. I’ve had many haircuts and dimensional + solid balayages done by him, never been disappointed despite my thick Asian hair. He has never damaged my hair and is realistic with expectations too! The price range is very reasonable for the location and the quality of work. I highly recommend Ivan for all hair needs!
