The business itself seemed clean and nice enough, but the stylist I saw did not give me the cut I asked for. I showed her 4 pictures of the style I wanted and she ended up cutting WAY too much of my length off and the cut I ended up with was not anything I asked for. I booked an appointment with Desi through a friend who goes to her. An hour before our scheduled appointment time, Desi texts me that she’ll be 30 minutes late & asked if i could come in at that time; I was fine with it since i live down the street. I show up a few minutes before my appointment & text her that I’m there; no reply for over 25 minutes and then she comes out of no where mixing a bowl of color; we had no in person consultation before. She acted as if i didn’t just wait almost 30 minutes for her; an hour after the original scheduled time. She said that since i had to wait, she’ll give me a complimentary deep condition; that’s funny because most places do the deep condition as part of the service for bleached hair. I texted my best friend who always does my hair but i couldn’t go to her because she wasn’t in town and i had a trip coming up in a few days. She said that the entire interaction is unprofessional & she couldn’t have been mixing a bowl of anything without an in-pe

Deanna @bombshellhairapy is a brilliant hair stylist! She revived my locks with some much needed balayage and I left feeling beautiful with my fresh color and blow out. She can pin point that perfect shade of blonde that I’m looking for and deliver! The salon is lovely as well and the rest of the staff was kind and professional.
