He made it the best experience I’ve ever had getting my hair cut by conceptualizing what style I wanted for my hair and what he knew to be best for my hair’s natural waves and my bone structure. I had very long hair past my waist. I called to get a trim and long layers, my usual, but unfortunately the stylist I usually went to was no longer at the Bellevue location so I asked for someone who was experienced with very long hair and is ok with wearing a mask because I have Lupus and no immune system. They scheduled me with January and assured me she was experienced with very long hair and that all of the stylists are ok with wearing a mask. Well that was not the case with January. She was immediately cold and complained about wearing the mask. I apologized and told her I have Lupus and Porphyria so I have no immune system. I also let her know that the front desk said all staff would be willing to wear a mask. January responded saying that no one in the salon wears masks. There was clearly several staff members walking around with masks on. She then told me that she would not be talking because of the mask. She also said that now she was going to have a headache all day. I said
