Royal Nails day spa

Did a walk-in and got my nails done by Sam. LOVED the nails, he did such a good job and he was so nice and polite. Great experience.

I appreciate that they are not strictly by appointment only and don’t make you feel bad for walking in. However, I’ve gotten my nails done there twice, by separate people, and both times left disappointed. I always get gel polish at any nail salon and know the process pretty well. Both times I visited here they missed parts of multiple nails with the top coat which lead to chipped polish early on. During my second visit I asked for a simple design and showed the tech a photo. I picked out the two colors I wanted from the plastic nail samples and when she went to put the colors on, they were about 3 shades brighter/more vibrant. I asked to see a different color that I thought might be closer to what I wanted and the same thing happened, all the colors on the sample were severely faded. The tech asked another tech to talk to me and recommend I go straight to the polish wall since “everything is faded by the sun. “ and she sounded annoyed when she asked her. So I did what they recommended

Excellent service every time. I prefer powder white tips over painted tips, but my normal guy wasn't in. Not bad still.
