I've been going to Carolette for several years, and I always receive a ton of compliments on my hair. Although my hair is natural, she still takes time to gently handle my hair and vary the braid pattern under my weave (which is important to prevent breakage). She takes the time to understand her customer's preferences and hair needs. Therefore, I would highly recommend her services.

I have thick, 4c medium length natural hair. I got a shampoo, blowout, flat iron and trim. Carolett was pleasant, professional, and prompt. She was gentle as she brushed and blew out my hair-to the point I could have fallen asleep. The salon is clean and is not crowded because it's just her and maybe one other client.
