I found the staff at this location to be somewhat overbearing in asking me whether I needed help multiple times, which I did not like.

Highly recommend visiting their salon for your next hair needs! I went in to get a botched color job fixed (went to the hair cuttery) and my stylist, Melissa could have not been more friendly and understanding of what I wanted. I really felt like she cared about my end hair goal. She told me it would happen in steps which I’m ok with since my hair is so dark. I absolutely love how my hair turned turned out on the first run and it was only to add money pieces and tone. It was a little purple at first (she forewarned me and oddly, I liked it) but after 2 washes, it has faded to an ashy blonde and I’m obsessed!! Like I said, she really listened to what I wanted and set a plan which honestly I have never done before with a stylist. I love the atmosphere- each stylist working were super friendly and they had helped each other when asking for advice on which toner to use for my hair. Kayleigh at the register has the most disgusting attitude, blatantly ignored me through the whole check out process while she had a full on conversation with her colleague and refused to honor the price shown online for the item I purchased claiming “the sale had ended” when it was clearly still up (day 18/21) The item I purchased also had a gift when spending over certain amount, I paid full price given the “sale had ended” and magically they also ran out of the gifts With purchase. Their whole staff is rude, acts bothered when asked questions then try to address you in Spanish because they believe you speak Spanish. Rude and disrespectful to racially profile, very distasteful experience.
