Salon Seven

What a gem! I came here with my pre-teen daughter so we both could get haircuts. I loved the ambience — it is so chic and modern, and the interior is bright and airy. We were kindly greeted, and we had lovely appointments with Alex and Megan. We didn’t feel rushed, and I didn’t have to hear about stylists’ drama or salon gossip (which is what turned me away from our last salon). Everything was pleasant, and of course, we loved our hair afterwards. Parking was super simple and the location is easy to find. The salon is clean, well-kept, and well stocked with product. I will definitely be coming again!

The first time I went to this salon in 2022 I was very impressed with the highlights I got. Too bad I cannot remember the stylists name. However, I went back a second time a year later to get more highlights and I left very disappointed. I got the partial highlights and unlike the first time, you could barely tell that I even got highlights. They have faded very fast. And it was $250 walking out of there for barely noticeable work. I would like to give salon 7 another try but I will not go back to see Erin ☹️

I love how sweet the stylist are and the energy of this place. However I did not have the best experience here after I was left with my hair different than what I wanted. I came in pretty insecure about the warmth coming through my hair. I told the hair dresser multiple times cool brown and I was hoping this could be achieved but I was ultimately left with even warmer hair. As soon as left I cried. My hair itself did not look horrible it just was not at all what I asked for. I called as soon as I left and asked what could be done; I was told to come in that same day and they’ll see what they can do…Which they said was to pay to get it toned after I just spent 200 for something I didn’t want. It’s been a few days and it’s already become even more red ( the original request was cool brown, eliminate as much warmth). Friends and family have even pointed out my hair (and not in a good way). Not sure if this truly was just miscommunication and misunderstanding, however I was just really dis
