Amy Nails

I usually don’t leave reviews but I am very frustrated with my experience. I decided to change up the usual and go to a different salon as I have had many wonderful visits however when I went in to get my nails done before my trip last week that changed. I came in on July 3rd which was busy since it was the day before July 4th, which I understood, however I signed in and they told me I could sit in a chair but no one talked to me for 45 minutes, multiple people who came in after me were getting helped before me. The lady who finally came to help me was very rude and it was not an environment I wanted to be in. I didn’t think anymore of it because my dip nails turned out cute, but three days later I noticed my nail with the design was cracked. I looked even further and majority of my nails had been cracked. It’s been three days how are they cracked already! A couple days go by and the bottom of the dip polish is coming up to the point where my hair gets caught in it. It’s frustrating as

Nice and accommodating staff. I asked a for a gel set, then before anything started I asked if I could get ombre acrylic instead. Unfortunately the first technician I had didn't do acrylic ombre so she seemed upset that she wouldn't get my service. I had no idea switching style would mean switching artists. The artist who did my nails did a good job and was very detailed. I only paid 55$ for the set which I thought was reasonable.

They are amazing. I love them! I will not go anywhere else. Andy and Ellen are such great people. Their staff is amazing. They are clean and they do amazing dip and design.
