So amazing! They always are professional and my hair always looks amazing. Jenn was my stylist and I couldn’t be more happy.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE in the Hampton Roads area just solely based off the way the owner treated me after spending around $2000 in her services (hair coloring, biweekly blowouts) this year alone. I came into this salon a week ago, I had a blonde balayage that I got done in May and requested to get a toner to neutralize the blonde in my hair. I came up from the washbowl with burgundy brown roots and I was HORRIFIED because I had not requested or asked for this at all. I immediately let the shampoo girl know and Ninsi already was snappy saying it was brown and not red even though I had never asked for either. Was this some sick joke? The shampoo girl told me to just see how it comes out after being blown out. And as I thought, I’ve got burgundy roots and a grown out blonde/black balayage. I got home and immediately told Ninsi via text I was unhappy with my hair color and it wasn’t what I requested. I mean I asked for a toner and somehow left the salon with a different
