Naturally Twisted by Miss Shay

I would not recommend this place and I’m sharing my experience to everyone I know. I tried to become a new customer here by setting an appointment. I talked to her about what I wanted and she told me to book through her website. So I did. I was unsure what to book exactly and when I’d ask she’d ignore me. So I booked what I felt made sense. It’s a $1 fee to book. Then she tells me I HAVE to rebook because the time that I selected which was available on the Website she actually wasn’t available. I told her I didn’t want to pay $1 again to rebook (the $1 doesn’t go to your service) she tells me it won’t charge me again and to just do it. This was a lie. It charged me again. So I re booked a time that went with her schedule that she told me to book. Mind you she still did not respond to me when I asked her what exactly should I book for the style but I did not feel pressed about it because I’ve already sent her the picture of the style so wanted and she agreed so I figured she didn’t resp

I know there's not a lot of reviews on here but let me tell you.. Shay is amazing. Positive vibes, lots of good information on hair, and products. I don't really write positive reviews unless the experience was amazing. so when i tell you to book with shay. I mean it. oh and the pricing is phenomenal. I really appreciate it.

My kids and I have been going here for over a year now and we absolutely love Shay’s service. My son has locs, and my daughter and I have natural hair. Our hair growing and we get nothing but compliments. I will also add my daughter is special needs and Shay has been the only stylist on this area that take time with her and my daughter absolutely LOVES HER! Nothing but positive vibes here! Services: Dreadlocks, Hair coloring, Twist braids
