The staff tries to be very cheery & over the top friendly. However, it’s not real. They don’t care about you. They only want money. Before I went there for the first time about 1 1/2 years ago. I was told not to go but I decided to try it anyway. I should have listened. Lesson learned. They also gave out my personal information to someone. This place & people are a joke.

I love 344 Beauty Bar. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I interacted mainly with Maddie and Dominique and they were wonderful. They always went above and beyond and continually exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone! The facility was beautiful and parking was a breeze. I will be going back.

Worse costumer service! They will not give you a reminder courtesy call but they sure call you 5 minutes after your appointment to tell you that you did not show up so now you owe them 50$! And the worse thing is that my service was already paid for, so they really did not loose anything but instead got a paid break of 45 minutes, right? I had bought a package for 2 peelings and one Aerolase. The first peeling gave me a very bad reaction, so when I went the second time for the Aerolase they did a little test on my arm to see what could have cause the reaction and they said they will call me the next day to see what happens to my arm. Nobody ever cared to give me a call and check on my arm. So on the day of my 3rd service and second peeling ( which onestly I was a little scared to do again) I forgot to go, since I bought this package months ahead, and I receive a call that now I owe 50$. When I tryed to call back to clear this with them, they did not return the call, so maybe someone re
