Week 1 make an appointment get there, no you don't have an appointment today. Reschedule in person. Arrive 10 min early. Have a seat. 45 min after my appointment I left. No apology, no further acknowledgement at all. Don't waste your time. They don't want your business.

I brought my kiddo in for a girls date today - our first time here. Jocelin and Quincy were both very kind. What made the visit the best to me, though, was the experience with William. He was so incredibly attentive and kind to my daughter - meticulous with her tiny nails, thoughtful in how he interacted with her, making sure she was comfortable and having a good experience, and so sweet. They talked about books and animals and siblings - he really engaged with her and made her feel like a big kid. It made my heart incredibly happy, and we will definitely be asking to book with him if possible in the future. Thank you so much!
