Overall work experience is great, the attitude they have is nasty. I can understand if they said” it’s better to set an appt” or how long I’ll wait being a walk in but I was greeted with nasty off rip. And I don’t like that. Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure
Today I was a walk-in for a pedicure. Of course a wait is to be expected. Two ladies were waiting before me. They were taken back for their services. I was next in line and had been waiting for 35 minutes. Two ladies waked in the door and were immediately taken back and set up for pedicures. The attitude towards me was absolutely rude . I will never waste my valuable time or money at this business. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Service: Pedicure
Week 1 make an appointment get there, no you don't have an appointment today. Reschedule in person. Arrive 10 min early. Have a seat. 45 min after my appointment I left. No apology, no further acknowledgement at all. Don't waste your time. They don't want your business.
