Extremely Dissatisfied with Oasis Aveda in Dulles Mall Spa and Hair Salon My recent visit to Oasis Aveda in Dulles Mall Spa and Hair Salon was nothing short of a complete disaster. I had visited the salon with the hope of getting my hair dyed as I had specifically requested, but the experience turned out to be a nightmare. To begin with, the communication and customer service at Oasis Aveda were shockingly poor. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in addressing my needs. I clearly explained the exact hair color I wanted, providing reference pictures and describing it in detail. However, the stylist did not pay attention and seemed more focused on rushing through the process. The dye job itself was an absolute disaster. Not only did the stylist completely disregard my instructions, but the resulting color was nothing like what I had asked for. My hair turned out to be an uneven mess with patchy color distribution.
