This is the first time I went and I was very impressed. The place seemed so calm and soothing. The waiting room chairs are comfortable. I cannot find the card of the young woman who cut my hair but she did an amazing job. I have very curly wild hair and finding a stylist who can work with that is difficult. I will definitely be going back

I was looking for an affordable salon close to my parents’ house for a simple cut and found Zkuts. The outside doesn’t look like much but the inside is clean and spacious. Krystal was the sweetest stylist! She made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes and was so personable. I got my hair washed, massaged, and cut beautifully all for $35. Anywhere else would charge me over $60 and that’s for just a cut! Highly recommend.

Highly disappointed.. spent more than $230. Went for highlights. I spent my energy and time as well to properly explain what I want. Still, in the end, she did what she knows. I have got uneven highlights. Upper area has copper colour highlights and rest has brownish golden (which I actually wanted). I went again for the correction. She just used toner on the copper colour but still no improvement as such. Now I am stuck with uneven highlights in my hair.
