I recently booked an appointment with a stylist at this salon. 15 minutes before my appointment time she cancelled and tried to charge my debit card $80 dollars (late cancellation fee + $25 non-refundable deposit). I booked through StyleSeat, per their policy, it’s nothing that they can do. However, I’m really questioning the integrity behind this salon. Extremely unprofessional and I do NOT recommend this salon.
