I am very annoyed at the way Renata did my pixie cut on 9/2/22 . She needs retraining. It was after I saw my hair in the light in my bathroom I really saw the disaster. She used 3/4 of one circle of my 27 pieces to do my hair. She layered the hair very thin and I was overcharged for a horrible job. She cannot due a neat center it is a disaster. The closure was NOT used. Kim does a good job she did my initial cut. I wish I had waited for her. But I am scarred I am never going back I'm too angry. Kim charged me $95. Renata charged me $110 for this disaster. Look at the pictures and see how disgusting my hair looks. I had to come home and try to cut it better to hide the empty spaces. She left all the colored pieces in my hair. Blue, red and white stray pieces. You can clearly see a blue piece. Very shoddy job. I posted 7 pictures. I don't know why only two are there. Today was my first day visiting the salon. I went to Jameka for a blowout. Jameka was very gentle with my hair, very friendly, very professional. She also gave me constructive feedback about how to manage my hair. I will be coming back. Services: Hair straightening, Blowouts

Mrs. Kim squeezed me in last minute and fixed my self cut hair. She is super nice and made me remember when my late Auntie was the one styling my hair with love and patience. Everyone that work there give off awesome vibes and pleasantness. I know I have found my new stylists!
