Salon Vivace Richmond at The Jefferson Hotel

Absolutely love Salon Vivace. I've been getting my hair done here for the last few years and always have an exceptional experience! Josh is a wonderful stylist! He does wonders to my hair. I leave feeling fantastic! Highly recommend!

I purchased a package for my future daughter in law for her bridal shower to enjoy and relax before her wedding. She thoroughly enjoyed the massage and facial, but was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of hermani/pedi as shown below. She scheduled this service two days before her wedding and had to scramble the day before her wedding to get her nails and toes redone at another location. I was so upset as this had been a gift meant to help her relax. I called the company, along with sending an email with the attached pictures, requesting a manger to return my call. I never received a call back. I am so disappointed with such poor customer service and lack of quality for an establishment with this reputation. Be aware, you may not get what you pay for.

Brides don't waste your time here! I am the mother of the bride. My daughter is getting married at the Jefferson Spring 2022. Because Salon Vivace was recommended by the Jefferson and is convenient, our intent was to use their services the day of the wedding. We quickly changed our mind... First I completed the online inquiry requesting information on bridal pricing and availability of our date - no response. I also called the salon multiple times - no answer. A couple weeks later I finally spoke with Veronica on the phone. She apologized profusely that no one had responded to me and said Sasha, the wedding coordinator, would call me in the next day or two. 3 weeks later there has been no contact from the salon. Based on my experience with them Salon Vivace has no concept of customer service and obviously does not want my business. As an aside, I contacted a highly recommended salon nearby who responded back to me with 2 hrs of my online inquiry and we had a signed contract
