I was visiting from NYC (Nov 25th). Went to this spa for acrylic gel nail fill in. Annie did a wonderful job. My nails look and feel great. When I visit again I will definitely stop by and get my nails done.
Pedi was okay. Felt insulted after the 3rd time of her asking to shape my eye brows... manicure was pretty bad. Mine were bulbous and bulky, where as my mom's where thin and looked like natural nails so I guess it's a hit or miss with the techs. My nails also peeled the first day and almost all nails peeled the first week of having them. I'm guessing the layer below wasn't dried enough as everytime one peel it was gushing with the color.
We walk in wasn't greeted no hello can I help you anything. I wasn't pleased at all. I have been in better places and was greeted very nicely. The Manager sit right there and didn't open his mouth that's not how customer service is maybe he need to be trained again not to mention the whole time he was on his cell phone texting. It doesn't mater what your skin tone is you still should be treated with respect.
