Royal Nails & Day Spa

Great people, safe environment,clean always, not to mention my nails and feet done by Lori are Perfect. I think Royal nails deserves ????

I was visiting from NYC (Nov 25th). Went to this spa for acrylic gel nail fill in. Annie did a wonderful job. My nails look and feel great. When I visit again I will definitely stop by and get my nails done.

Money hungry, will beg for you to upgrade your service selection, will talk about you to your face, spent thousands in here, referred others, skillset lacks & always fast talking to try to get more money, I spoke w/manager & shop owner, bottom line they’ll protect each other & don’t mind disrespecting customers in the process, no accountability what so ever, you’ll never forget how someone treated you & to go out of your way to do so is disgusting, in past spoke with owner she every come back for how each worker is private contractor for their own work & if you bring up any complaints it’ll still fall on you, she encourages employees to be entitled & joins them in acting like they are better than customer, they won’t respect you regardless, today was last straw I watched Sandra & her daughter back up & support family member & staff worker Julie in the tantrum she threw over $20, her fabricated lies & fast talking & barely explaining the pricing honestly & blaming me for mishap, I watch
