Went in for a simple wash, blow, and trim. Melissa was very professional and pleasant from beginning to end. Although it was just a trim, it was very detailed, not just the usual ends at the bottom of my hair. Melissa took the time to explain as she went and recommended products along the way. I called Melissa very last minute on a Saturday asking if she took walk ins and she said she did but was already done for the day but could take me the next. When I told her I was only in town for the night she very graciously offered to stay and wait for me to come in so I could get a haircut. I had an amazing experience from start to finish, Melissa the owner is very personable, kind, and funny! I was cutting a lot of length off of my curly hair and she went through every step in the process with me, and recommended products for the future.
