Don’t expect spa treatment here but they did good on my hair. They barely acknowledge you when you come in, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to ask what you need. There is a language barrier so there’s that. Most speak Spanish. The lady who did my NATURAL 4c hair asked me if I wanted the $5,8 or 10 deep conditioner. I told her that I wanted the $8, she then said she’s giving me the $10 because my hair is “hard”. Rude but ok. Everybody who has, seen or worked with this curl pattern knows it needs a little extra TLC and it shrinks considerably. I was skeptical to come back here with natural hair vs relaxed ( I went there several times, years ago when I had a relaxer ). She left me at the dryer for 20 mins after it stopped, another person decided to rinse the conditioner out and when she did and I got up to go to the dryer, Another stylist was staring at my hair, started giggling and said something twice in Spanish to the lady who rinsed it out. Absolutely love this beauty salon. Everyone there has always been pleasant and professional. The owner walks around speaking and I've never spent more then 2 hours there even when receiving deep conditioner and color...my go to place.
