I was extremely nervous about trying a new nail salon. I had been through the ups and downs on trying to find a reasonably priced/good quality salon. So I definitely did my research before choosing this salon, but even with the research, I was still nervous. So, they come well recommended, because they do a wonderful job! They even had a few customers who came in, which I found out were loyal customers, who were so happy with the service they received from here. Over all, I am very pleased with my choice. Friendly, reasonable prices, and they take their time, u don't feel rushed. They will make sure they know exactly what you want before they start your service.

I've been going here for almost 17 years. I don't go anywhere else. I love the professional, calming, and relaxing atmosphere. I love the staff, and they care so much about their customers. I have met so many customers who drive from all over, JUST to go to Nail Boutique... from Virginia Beach, all over the Richmond area, and beyond! They are clean, safe, and gentle when working with my hands or my feet. They have the latest styles and trends and so knowledgeable.

I've been going here for years. I love vinny and luanny. They are some two amazing people. I'm never not satisfied with my nails. 3 generations of my family has gone to this location and always have had a fantastic experience
