Julia did an amazing job with my nails for my wedding. I had an incredibly relaxing pedicure and manicure (SNS with acrylic set) with her and she helped me to figure out which color would be best. Would highly recommend her services! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
My first time here was wonderful but not so much the second time. My stylist was incompetent and a quick trim took much longer than needed. The customer service here outside of the front desk was poor. Also, $95 for a trim is above the average rate. I won’t be back.
So I went from long hair (no shape, no color) to a shoulder length cut on my first visit. (haircut by Elena, great service, welcome environment) Shoutout to Maria for the shampoo service : ) On my second visit to Elena, I got a pixie cut for the first time. I am in love with the look. She even helped me with product suggestions and gave me ideas on styling it on my own with heat or natural curl styles. It felt like taking a risk carefully, which was reassuring. Thanks again Elena!
