Everything was a 5/5 except for my curtain bangs. Unfortunately my curtain bangs were a 1/5 even after going back for a touch up. I will have to hide them until they grow out. The front desk staff is nice and accommodating. Joni and I had great conversation and she shampooed my hair really well. She made the experience smooth and enjoyable. She cut my hair well too. EXCEPT my curtain bangs—which I’ve had for over two years— did not turn out right and then when we tried to fix them it ended up shortening my curtain bangs too much and still not being exactly what I wanted/different from the inspo pix.

Everything was great ambiance, professionalism, with the exception that they blocked 30 mins for my wash, deep conditioning and hair cut, we were only half through when someone was already waiting. I then felt rushed, she as most hairdressers was rushing. I didn’t like that at all! Very much a turn off. They could of at least give themselves an hr with each client, it builds a rapport so that the client will come back. The hair dresser didn’t speak.. either way it was a decent experience!
