VJ Nails And Spa

It was my first time trying out this place, looking to kill some time while doing laundry next door. The Google reviews looked trustworthy so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately I am not impressed with the service received. The pedicure seemed quick, the tech (a male) hardly scrubbed my feet and nipped me a couple times with the cuticle cutter. I noticed visible dead/rough skin on my toe area while there and I pointed it out to him and he attempted to correct it by buffing with a file but that made it worse (the water was gone by that point and nails were being polished). I was going to say something again bc I was not satisfied but I had stuff to do and was ready to go at that point. Would have been nice to have a go-to place up the street from home but I think I’ll stick to my VB locations bc the pedi was not “luxury” at all. I should not have to go home to moisturize my own feet (and then noticing my heels were not smooth at all) after spending $45 for a pedi!! Eck, that’s no bueno. I’v

I have been to VJ nails and spa many times, and they have always sat me quickly, been kind and courteous, and did an amazing job! I got the acrylic tips with dip white and unicorn on top in an almond shape (Like the Hailey Bieber nails) last time and it was the best my nails have ever looked! They are welcome to feedback and the owner is such a nice woman and TALENTED! She will always have your nails looking great. I have lived in Norfolk 7 years now, and they will always be my go-to! I always recommend them to new residents to Norfolk. They definitely can get busy on the weekends because they are a popular hot spot, but just give them a call and they will tell you when the best time to come in is, even though every time I have walked in they try really hard to not make you wait too long! 10 out of 10 recommend :) Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure, Gel manicures

Hubby and I both got a pedicure here and I must say, this place is the best that I’ve been to so far! I’ve been living in the area for the past 3 years and I’m very pleased! Everyone is very nice and attentive! Definitely coming back!
