Savarnas Beauty Spa

No one, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, touches my eyebrows but Anjum. She is phenomenal. I have bold, thick eyebrows like Cara Delevingne, Brooke Shields and Tupac ???? and Anjum really knows exactly how to handle them. I ❤️ my brookes (eyebrows????) but it was hard to find a place that didn’t wanna chop’m all up & thin them out. Anjum helped me understand how my brows grow and respected my choice of keeping them thick. I HIGHLY recommend Savarnas but Anjum specifically.

Today is 04/22/23 and it’s 4:41 pm I drove from a different city here to get my brows done and the store is not open. The mall is open but Savarna has chosen to not be open. I’ve taken it and left before but now I’m annoyed. What’s the point in selling memberships to your business if you won’t even be open. Response to business reply: you are correct, I did not see a sign. I wish I had seen the sign because I would have never gotten upset about anyone taking time to pray and I would have waited. Half of the mall is abandoned so it honestly appeared that you all just weren’t open like other stores. I don’t live super close but I will try again when I have another day off.

I had been going to Savarnas since 2013 until today. I had a 12:15pm appointment set for Anju. I arrived at 12:20pm waited for her to complete the woman in the chair. She proceeds to ask a man was he next, I told her I had a 12:15 appointment. She proceeded to say well have a seat. She said what time is it? I said 12:30, and I have another appointment at 1pm. She said well have a seat. I dont know who she thought she was talking too on this day, but her mouth and attitude was not what I came for. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I am not a child, definitely not Anju's child. I prepaid for my appointment and her attitude was not needed nor appreciated. I do not recommend this place or her.
