Salon Fringe

I found out about Fringe by asking questions about a woman's haircut I couldn't stop staring at, haha. It was precise and the color was beautifully complimentary to her skin tone. I knew right away I needed to find out where she had her hair ddone. I call to book an appointment, -the phone conversation was friendly, made me feel comfortable (phone anxiety), and even thought I can be alittle disorganized, the receptionist Lauren (pardon me if I butcher names), made scheduling and answering questions natural. Fast forward appointment day- I left home with plenty of time to get to my appointment a few minutes early, but I had a fiasco parking. This was no fault of anyone, but my own- I'm not super familiar with the area and downtown city driving is difficult. And it was raining ???? Anyways, I ended up a a few minutes late despite my efforts. We all know how being that late client can impact a professionals schedule. So I booked a separate appointment for a color consult and a proceeding

I had a second great experience at this salon. I saw Amanda. She was wonderful. She listened to my ideas and what I wanted the end result of my hair to look like and she was able to do it! (my requests were not easy ones!) If you go to this salon ask for her, she is great. Also, the management and desk staff are kind and helpful (as I had other requests). Highly recommended, park in McArthur Parkade and walk over, it's super close. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Balayage

The best salon in Norfolk! Justin is the hair doctor. I love that he was honest and took the time to listen. I hate saying everyone should go, but you should. Now I'll never get another appointment!
