Josh at the Ghent location in Norfolk, VA did an excellent haircut. I told him just make it look good, and he did! Plus some! Thank you Josh! I'll be back to this location, and asking for your hair expertise.

First off my needs are simple. I just go for a haircut which is $20.00. They have a different system in which to get in. You either walk in and then you are at the mercy of line of people ahead of you or you check in on line. When you check in it gives the approximate wait time. So you know when to show up. It's a good system if you are spontaneous about getting a haircut but it's cumbersome if you like to schedule things in your life. I fall into the latter so it's cumbersome but not unmanageable. I do find I don't get my hair cut as often. One other thing it does not include the shampoo which I like to get afterwards so I don't itch the rest of the day. On the plus side they store how you get your hair cut on the system so the stylists already has an idea of what you need. In conclusion I think it has its place on days I suddenly need a haircut. That said I am still searching for a place that matches my needs better.

I never leave reviews but this experience I couldn’t not brag! I’m in LOVE with my cut! I’ve had the same person cut my hair for the past 12 years and since moving to VA I haven’t been in love with getting my haircut. I’m super picky, like I’m THAT customer. I went into this location today and told Sarah what was bothering me about my hair and she fixed it!!! She made it so perfect and she was so friendly! **********Make sure to check in online though, it makes the wait so much easier than if you don’t.
