I have a difficult time actually getting a haircut here. When I drop in, there’s no one at the front desk, the “we’ll be back soon” sign is frequently up. And when I call during business hours to make an appointment, no one answers the phone. I like the location, but I’m frustrated with the customer service.
She did a great job with my hair and the atmosphere was stylish and comfortable.
