Great service and never dissatisfied with the outcome. I look forward to seeing my hair stylist Lolita for my color service and blow out. She shares her tea and chocolates with me and we chat about the happenings in our lives since last we were together. She tries new shampoos and styling agents to expand my experience of differing companies… Occasionally with lotions too offering hand/forearm massages. She is well skilled in hair attending conferences for latest techniques. I’m a loyal customer over 10 years. So worth it. Come by for a consultation and meet this lovely lady and you and your hair won’t regret it.

I visited Changes spa for the first time and had Blair as my massage therapist this past weekend. It was absolutely the best massage I have ever had. She listened to every request I had and applied exactly the right amount of pressure and focused on every point of stress in my body. I left feeling brand new. I can’t wait to go back and see her again. I would recommend Blair to anyone looking for a great massage.

Zero stars. I wanted my hair cut and lightened to a nice, natural looking honey blonde color. It was already almost there (brownish blonde.) I paid $200 and got bright, brassy, garish, unnatural orange hair. Horrifying. Went back the next day for a different stylist to fix it with toner, highlights and lowlights. It's not bad now, but not what I wanted. It's has stripes now, with a lot of different colors. Not the natural single color honey blonde I wanted, but definitely better than the orange. Ironically, this was the 1st time in 15 years I decided to try something new with my hair. Needless to say, I will never be going back there. The stylists were both very nice though, and I got a small bottle of product on the house ????????‍♀️
