After moving to the Hampton Roads area almost 7 years ago and having multiple bad experiences at other salons, I gave up on my hair and went a couple of years without getting it done. On a whim, I decided to try out Salon Mizu. Hands down, best experience I have ever had at a salon! Kay is fabulous and clearly immensly dedicated to her craft. She truly brought my hair back to life. The whole team is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They have gained a forever customer. Let them work their magic on your hair - trust me, you won't regret it.
The staff Kay and Rachel are beyond wonderful they are so caring with my wife, and her hair is always amazing! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.
I went for the first time today and was so impressed with the friendliness, warmth, and professionalism of Kay and her staff. They were also very kind to my waiting 12-year-old daughter. Kay did an outstanding job on my hair. What a wonderful experience, all around!
