Had a family emergency and had to extend our stay in the area for an extra week. Spent several days looking for a salon that does shellac nails. Walked into Animare salon and confirmed that they use shellac. Made an appointment for shellac nails. Told the person who made the appointment I need shellac as that is what I get done at home. Told her I want French tips done in green. Verified again that they use shellac. Arrived on time for my appointment, the nail tech was on time and very polite. She asked me what color I wanted and I said I want French tips in green. She replied that she doesn't do French tip. No problem. I said then let's just do the green. When she started looking through her polish she was looking at regular polish. When I said I need shellac she said they didn't book me for shellac just a manicure and she didn't have enough time to do shellac. Very disappointed that what I walked in and verified and booked was not what was actually booked for me and thus I was not ab
