Recently came here and got a pedicure. Will never go back the guy didn’t even massage. Worst part was I ask him to cut my ingrown nail and he cut it too much. Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to I’ve never experienced so much pain from getting my ingrown removed. It’s swollen and I can barely walk. I hope it doesn’t get too infected and I don’t lose my nail. I will never go back again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I won't be back. The nail tech used dirty unsanitized equipment including cuticle cutters. Cut me with the drill bit, cut me twice with the cuticle cutter, got paint on the back of my hands and on sides of my fingers, messed up the French tip line on my Pinky and decided it wasn't worth her time to fix it properly. I've done better nail work at home. I didn't even bother getting my toes done. Just hoping she didn't cut anyone else to bleed the way she did with me with the dirty cuticle cutters. That's umsanitary and could be dangerous.

I’ve come in so many times and given them soo many chances as my MIL goes there religiously, I’ve even seen the lady that does her nails and each time I am left soo disappointed. Paying for a professional gel mani and pedi shouldn’t result in bubbles in the nail polish, gel mani coming off and peeling off the sides after a week, etc. The list goes on. Unfortunately I won’t be back and will be looking for another nail salon!
