I cannot speak to Patricia Gordon’s skills as a stylist, but based on my experience, customer satisfaction and professionalism are not her strengths. After I paid to reserve an appointment online with Ms. Gordon, she arrived too late to do my hair before I had to leave for another commitment. She immediately shifted the blame to me for making the appointment one day in advance rather than two, then suggested I book another appointment, and she would "honor" the money I had paid. I declined.

I’m an out of towner and came (sporadically) based on reviews, so I took a chance and so glad that I did! The shop is in Regency mall and I went around 2:30 on a sat... no crowd and easy to walk in. Pat is an amazing person and did an excellent job w my thick natural hair (wash/blow/flat iron/trim) she gave good advice and cared for my hair. I would def drive the two hours to come back to see her!

Elle was polite and professional although I felt the price was expensive I understood because of COVID and the current pandemic. I was appreciative that she took me in because I called the day of. No one was in there waiting, there was another person getting their hair done by another stylist and that was it. No complaints at all, I left with my hair looking beautiful and feeling healthier than before. Highly recommend her to others! Service: Hairstyling
