I just want to give a shout out to Veronica (owner) at Flawless Nail and Hair Salon. I decided to gift myself a manicure / pedicure after Christmas for my 50 lb. weight loss and found Flawless Nail and Hair Salon through Google reviews. True to the business name, it was flawless! Veronica provided an awesome experience, took her time and gave me the best service. She is very knowledgeable and personable, helped me in selecting the color for my nails (I wanted a natural look) and was happy to explain the different options in nail care. Highly recommend this small business.
Best pedicure I’ve ever had! The establishment is clean and the massage was great :) She spent a lot of time on the callus removal and was very thorough. She was knowledgeable when I asked her questions about the nail bed and different kinds of polish too. I highly recommend recommend this place!
Out of all the nail salons in Richmond that I've tried (and I've tried many), this is the happiest I've been with my nails! Veronica did a great job. I'll be going back monthly.
