I would give this place no stars if I could! First let me say this, I have not gone to this salon in three years because of how I felt during and after the service. First the wait time was long (understandable being as though I did not have an appointment). Once I was about to leave someone decided to take me. The lady that took me was so busy speaking to her friend that she was literally digging her nails in my scalp. Not paying attention to my hair texture and me the paying customer because she was so busy talking to her friend. I told her and she kept doing it. I let it slide. Then she decided to ask what i was getting which was dye (brown) and a blowout. Once she finished, she went to the back and put something in the shampoo/conditioner bottle. I am 100% certain now it was perm. Keep in mind I have been natural since 9th grade at the time of the service I was 21. I give credit where credit is due, and in my opinion, they hate to see natural curly hair from African Americans. I say

My experience was terrible. I called and she informed me of one price but when I got there, she charged me $10 more. The girl who shampooed me didn't know what she was doing. She put deep conditioner in my hair without asking (which is a upcharge) On the towel that was placed on my shoulders, there was someone else's hair all over it, which was absolutely disgusting. While doing my hair , she just randomly walked outside for 10 minutes. And while doing my hair, practically burned my scalp twice with the heat from the hair dryer. She charged me $5.00 extra dollars for the length of my hair , which she did not tell me about while doing my hair at all. Her customer service was absolutely terrible, some of the worst I ever received. Please only go here if you want a bad experience! I really want my money back!

Love love love the hospitality, the way my hair feels, pricing not too bad, and she is consistent for sure. The staff was great as well. Alot of teamwork to ensure the customers are being serviced quickly. Oh and the musc is a vibe for sure!!! Service: Hairstyling
