Valley Nails

Thomas made my neglected nails look absolutely beautiful! Also treated me with such kindness!

This was my first time getting my nails done, and it was for homecoming. I was really excited to go and I never thought this would happen. The woman who greeted us when we walked in told us to pick up a color. I didn't even get half way over to the nail polish when a man grabbed my arm and said go sit. He said pick your color later. When they were filing my nails they cut them up, and both my pinky nails were bleeding. After the acrylic was put on I asked if I was supposed to wash my hands before they were painted. The man doing my nails said no. But from research I’ve done, I’m pretty sure I am supposed to wash them because of the chemicals from the acrylic. He did not ask me what design I wanted. Or if the color was okay. I didn't realize he was done and he just walked away. When I said I wanted a design he proceeded to yell at me. My nails are also crooked.
