I went here to get my hair cut just an inch off. The lady took me in and shampoo and conditioned. cut my hair, Everything seemed fine and she put curling creme in my hair and dried it and I knew my hair was still wet. She handed me the mirror and my hair was a mess.still wet. I have curly hair so my hair was frizzy from her not putting in the product she used all the way and only toward the back of my hair. I asked her if she could finish drying my hair and said that she has another client and needs to get them done. If there was another client why would you take someone else in and not finish someone’s hair? I wouldn’t come back after this experience. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

Yes, I had two very disappointing experiences. I made an appointment last May to have tinsel highlights put in my hair. It was the only place I could find in town that had someone who said they provided that service. The day of the appointment came, my friend and I went only to be told by the stylist that she was the only one that scheduled that service and she had not been consulted and there was no appointments ????Very disappointed… fast forward, I had a wedding coming up so I called the salon and made sure the person making the appointment understood what I wanted, spoke with the stylist who would be doing it and made the appointment… Showed up early, sat in the chair to discuss the process only to be asked where my tinsels were????? Not only did no one ever ever say … oh and by the way you need to bring your own tinsel …????
