They have price lists/cards! They draw up one of every service so make sure to ask for yours or they will cheat you.! I should’ve looked at these reviews first. I arrived at 1245 wasn’t seen until 2, which I was ok with, and I didn’t leave until after 4 for a simple relaxer. The stylist jasmine kept bouncing back from me to 2-3 other customers doing color, which again I was patient about but not after the last time like wth ima customer too. Had me under the dryer too long trynna make up time and then had me just straight up waiting multiple times to be serviced when I was here first, after 15-20 mins, the last time after letting her work 30+ mins on someone who came after me. My hair half done while other workers stood around I just asked to pay and leave . I will never be back my time is valuable and for $135 I don’t feel like I got service I deserved but I paid 75 funny how I was gonna pay 60$ ? More for a flatiron? Yea someones playing games.
