Went in for highlights. Hair fried (my hair was super healthy), left with the same color I went in with and had to go home and cut off 5 inches of my hair. I will never go back here.

Fortunately for the unnamed stylist that was called out of her name by an impolite customer, I was in the Salon this particular day when you were kindly asked, "do you have a mask"? There was nothing unprofessional about it, especially when it's directly posted on the front door of the business.
