Paid 225 for a terrible red hair dye. Over 5 hours! Applied very sloppy. My eyes, ears and fast had red dye. No English. New York would never charge that much and will get the job done. Tried to support but I’m not supporting anything or anyone that don’t like me. Service: Blowouts
